- Form Data: Admin users can create forms with various types of questions, including but not limited to:

- Multi select
- Phone numbers
- Other custom questions specified by the admin user
The responses to these questions are submitted by form respondents and are processed as per this Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Collected Information
The information collected via Miniform is used for the following purposes:
- Admin Users: Admin users can access form submissions to review and analyze the responses for customer surveys, lead generation, and gathering feedback.
- Form Respondents: By submitting a form, respondents agree that their answers may be processed and accessed by the respective admin user (the client of Nocodo LTD).
4. Data Storage and Processing Location
The data collected through Miniform is stored and processed in data centers located in the European Union. Specifically, we use Heroku, a cloud service provider, to host and store form submission data in their European region.
By using Miniform, users consent to their data being processed in the EU under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, form submission data will be accessible to admin users (our clients) who create the forms and receive the responses.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Admin users are responsible for managing the data retention of the forms they create.
