Miniform Terms of Service

Welcome to Miniform, a Telegram-based mini-app form constructor service operated by Nocodo LTD. By accessing or using Miniform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Miniform, either as an admin user (form creator) or as a form respondent, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

Miniform is a Telegram mini-app that provides form-building and form-submission services inside the Telegram platform. Admin users can create and manage forms, while form respondents can submit answers to these forms via the Miniform interface.

3. Use of the Service

  • Service "As Is": The service is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees or warranties regarding its performance, availability, or reliability. By using the service, both admin users and respondents acknowledge that the service may experience disruptions or errors.
  • Free and Paid Features: Some features of Miniform are available for free. Users can access additional features or higher usage limits by paying for them as described in the bot or on our official website.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for Additional Features: Users agree to pay for activating premium features or increasing usage limits. These fees and their respective details are clearly outlined in the Miniform bot or on our official website.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made using the available payment methods listed in the Miniform bot or on our official website. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date.

5. Privacy Policy

By using Miniform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your personal information. Admin users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Admin User Responsibilities

  • Form Creation and Publication: Admin users can create and publish forms using the Miniform interface within Telegram. Admins are responsible for the content of the forms they create and for ensuring that their forms comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Publishing Links: Admin users may share links to their forms in various Telegram environments, including but not limited to Telegram bots, channels, group chats, and 1-1 direct messages. Admins are responsible for the lawful distribution of their form links.

7. Respondent Responsibilities

Form respondents, by submitting responses via Miniform, agree to use the service "as is." Respondents acknowledge that their submitted information will be accessible to the respective admin user who created the form, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to the Service

Miniform reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to users for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Miniform for any user who violates these Terms of Service or any applicable laws. Miniform is not responsible for any loss of data or access that may result from the termination of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nocodo LTD will not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use Miniform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Miniform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

12. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
